Are Peaceful Pieces products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade, so small differences in color, pattern placement, texture, shape, or size are natural. These variations are part of what makes each item unique.
What materials do you use?
Peaceful Pieces creations may include wood, stainless steel or stainless steel alloy, glass, paper, beads, and stones. Earring hooks and posts are hypoallergenic.
What sizes are available?
Most bracelets are adjustable and made with flexible, bendable stainless steel alloy to fit a variety of wrist sizes. Wooden necklaces are adjustable and can be worn shorter or longer. Stainless steel chain necklaces are generally 18 to 20 inches long. Dangle and stud earrings are made in standard sizes.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Peaceful Pieces jewelry is costume jewelry and should be kept away from water. Remove it before showering, swimming, or participating in other water-based activities. After wearing, gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth to remove makeup, perspiration, or residue. Store it in a jewelry case or jewelry bag when it is not being worn.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. If you like a design but would prefer a different color, style, theme, or material, please ask. Custom options depend on the availability of suitable materials. Specially requested materials may be purchased at the customer’s expense.
If the needed materials are in stock, most custom orders can be completed within about one week. Contact Peaceful Pieces by email or phone, or speak with Shannon at a local event, to discuss what may be possible.
How long does order processing take?
In-stock website orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days, and carrier transit time is separate. Handmade, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional time.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Orders are shipped through USPS to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 and is shown during checkout. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order.

Is local pickup available?
Local pickup may be arranged at the Peaceful Pieces business location. In-stock orders are generally ready for pickup within 3 business days. Pickup details will be provided directly to the customer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
For hygiene and product-specific reasons, earrings, custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges are available for eligible returns when the requested replacement is in stock. Because many items are handmade or one of a kind, an identical replacement may not always be available.
