These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shoppeaceful.com and purchases from Peaceful Pieces LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information and to safeguard your account credentials.
Products and handmade variations
Many Peaceful Pieces products are handmade. Small differences in color, pattern placement, texture, shape, dimensions, or other details are natural and make each piece unique. Screen settings and photography may also affect how colors appear. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but minor handmade or screen-related variations are not defects.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice. Measurements and descriptions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or description errors, or legal restrictions. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through Square and are subject to the payment provider’s terms.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Information and Refund and Returns Policy are incorporated into these terms. Please review them before placing an order. Orders currently ship only within the United States.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, use false information, commit fraud, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs, and other original content belong to Peaceful Pieces LLC or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, hosting, and website tools. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Except for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, Peaceful Pieces LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new updated date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
